We'll create a beautiful listing for your property and send you a mock-up to approve before anything goes live.

You’ll be sent your Community Listing which will feature all our fabulous properties and owners throughout the UK and then at your leisure you can explore our growing community of holiday homes — from Cornish cottages to Scottish lodges, Norfolk barns to Lake District retreats. This listing will be updated every quarter so you can then see our new properties and create even more swaps.

Does it cost anything to swap?
There's no money exchanged between members for the swap itself. Holiday Let Swap charges an annual membership fee (currently £49.99/year as an Early Member offer, locked in for 3 years) to be part of the community and have your property listed.
What if the dates don't match up?
Swaps don't have to be simultaneous. Many members do non-simultaneous swaps — you stay at their property in spring, they stay at yours in autumn. It's completely flexible.
What about insurance and safety?
All members confirm they hold appropriate holiday let insurance and meet health & safety requirements before listing. We recommend checking your policy covers reciprocal arrangements.
Can I swap more than once a year?
Absolutely — your membership covers unlimited swaps. Many members do several swaps a year, exploring different parts of the UK each time.
What if something goes wrong?
We encourage all members to communicate openly and set clear expectations before a swap. As with any holiday let, your insurance should cover any damage or issues that arise.
